Ease Into Satori

Satori is reached through relaxing into it. Satori is of course a state of being of joyfulness. It’s a relaxed feeling of understanding the truth about reality.

To reach Satori is, from my experience, going beyond the mind into a state of wonderfulness and exuberance. It’s one of the keys to a happy life.

The above text is Satori in Japanese.

That’s why they say the Truth Will Set You Free, it definitely is true.

So the best way to reach Satori is to understand it’s true nature as a feeling of truth within our heart, mind, soul and body.

Inspired By

This post is inspired by the Japanese tradition of meditation and looking at nature, which is what the monks are probably doing.

Btw, I realized in my own Satori that to make this project available for everybody, I’ve lowered the price to 19 dollars per month.

So to continue on the point about Satori, we all got our own versions of it. You can deepen the feeling by meditating when you’re full of joy. That is one of the the best spiritual teachings that I’ve realized, to make joy deeper is to meditate when it’s happening.

One of the lessons learned is to start to enjoy each moment as it arises in our consciousness.

When we understand the truth of reality, we become naturally happy, because it’s so sweet and beautiful.

Heart Opener

The truth tends to be a heart opener in this way. One way to experience it is to breathe into our hearts, feeling the fullness, and exhaling into the crown of the head, for maximum Satori.

Such is the ancient teaching of the Zen Masters. We should all learn their ways of deep stillness.

Apparently the monks used to copy texts by hand. They were some of the greatest calligraphers known out there.

We have lots to learn from the tradition of Zen. The monks would be ecstatic, as they are.

The Ecstasy of Summer

Right now it’s summer here so it’s a perfect time to meditate. It’s warm and fuzzy and there is no rush to go anywhere. This is my summer poem.

Summertime

All right around here

Where? You ask.

In the life, I say.

To Reach Permanent Satori

Permanent Satori should be an interesting idea for anyone who is interested in spirituality and/or meditation.

The simplest way to get there is to breathe deeply, listen to some good music and do what you enjoy to do the most.

Enjoyable activities are known to induce the state of Satori.

So I wonder what are the writings of those monks like? I should probably read some, there’s some great writings on Zen by Alan Watts for example and I should probably read it, when I have the time.

Oh wait, the time is right here, so I can actually do it right now if I want to. But I have to finish this post first.

For me writing is one of those things that makes me go into a state of Satori. It’s so relaxing to create this art. I should market this post to like hundreds of people I think. Maybe I should do that.

Maybe I can create a video out of this post and market that. That should make sense and be creative.

I need to add something more but I am thinking of what do I want to say…

Satori Can Be Spoken of Infinitely

There can not be enough said about the importance of Satori and that is why I am going to keep writing about it.

So what should be added? I don’t know really, maybe I can share experiences from my own meetings with Satori.

It’s the most wonderful feeling and it doesn’t take any drugs and/or alcohol to achieve it, although I do admit that I love a coffee and enjoy good food also.

So what are some key takeaways from Satori?

Key Takeaways From Satori

Here are the points I came up with.

We should all enjoy our Satori experiences going further and keep developing them into something profound.

One way to comprehend the magnitude of Satori is to ease into it, as slowly as possible. The more we slow down, the more we become aware of Permanent Satori.

To embody permanent Satori is to have an inner smile going on with yourself. It’s literally a similar feeling to telling a joke to yourself.

Meditation, creativity, even dancing and singing can be paths towards Satori. Creativity is one of my favorite ones, just looking at this blog post as I am writing it is a glorious thing indeed.

As a writer there exist many possibilities of application of the art into videos for example. That’s one reason I want to keep writing, is to see all the applications that the artform can go into.

The Implications of Satori

The implications of Satori is the truth of goodness and that things are good.

Just makes me want to enjoy some nature and read Zen poetry. It’s truly mind-blowing how good some of those poets are and what incredible lives they lived in search of Truth.

I definitely feel like a journalist or something writing about this. It’s really a good area to be interested in, poetry and Zen and stuff like that.

Listening to this music by Tony Scott (I’ve linked it above…) I get a feeling that is unmatched by anything. It’s really a feeling of trust in the universe and a deep relaxation caused by the instruments played.

I hope you’re getting what I am saying. It’s a great feeling listening to this music, and I hope that you enjoy it as much as I do.

Letting Go of All Worries

So it’s a deep feeling of letting go of all worries and trusting that the universe has my back and that there is nothing to be afraid of, and no need for anxiety and stress. One of the greatest feelings out there, to be honest, is to simply be at ease in a worry free state, which Satori is all about.

1000 Words Is Not Enough

There is a word for this in Finnish and it’s “puheripuli” or “talk diarrhea.”.

It means not being able to stop talking when you’ve gotten started. Just talking a lot, basically.

So that’s what I am currently going through. I’ve always been a talker and talked a lot because I’m very interested in many things, and have a lot to say. So I tend to talk a lot when in the right company.

Now these days I have The Internet as a medium and that really is awesome news. It’s such a good feeling to get to express myself with this text, it almost feels like talking but my mouth is shut, only my fingers are doing the talking.

So yeah I might as well keep writing and see what I come up with. Like said, this is what Satori is ultimately all about.

The Art of Satori

The art and magic of Satori is just this. But for now I must say farewell, since I feel like this post is finished and I can’t wait no more to publish this. I hope this has been an enjoyable read.

Wishing you a pleasant Satori, and see you next time.
