JUST A KID WITH A SOUL
My name is Aapo Sol. You can call me Don Aapo if you wish.
I like many kinds of things. Not sure where to start. I'm just a kid with a soul. These days I like to write.
So I have authored 2 books this far, and I've got a child. So I'm a full time dad and am on a vacation from work.
But I get some done every now and then. I like to live with ease and humor, and hang out with friends at times.
So what are the most important things about me? I like to write songs and lyrics for them. I like to entertain people
and make them laugh, and I really like people. As a kid I was into video games and jumping on the trampoline, these days
writing and I do make music sometimes too. I also am a music fan and I love electronic music and good DJ's and producers
and some pop every now and then.
A BLOGGER CREATING A BLOG WITH A SOUL
All a man can do is wish that his blog has a soul. I like to learn languages and am fluent in English and Finnish.
English is almost my main language because it's the language I use in the internet, haha. But I love Finnish too,
and should write in it sometimes. I have lived a wonderful life. I love to live and laugh at it's absurdity.
I have a weird sense of humor too, and I have been called a weirdo and strange before. I definitely agree with it.
One of my goals in life is to serve God. I want to expand in love and follow my heart. I like spiritual teachings.
I read sometimes books and music I've listened to a lot and still do.
So I am a digital artist and I know that it's really a thing these days if you go to the Internet, there's many creators in
the internet these days. Although, I've heard that only 1% of people are the ones in the Internet that are the contributors.
THE INTENTION
The intention of my blog is to be a productive time for myself and my readers. I like to make results happen and I love
design and production for this reason. I really like to create practical and useful things and like to write for this reason,
as I think that writing is really ehthereal and magical but practical and sensemaking at the same time. So writing makes sense?
As a teenager I wanted to have my own talk show. I wanted to be a talk show host, and writing is a nice thing for that reason,
too. I like to hang out and work on stuff on my computer and I consider myself a computer enthusiast and a good writer for
that reason. I received my first computer from my dad when I was like 4 years old, so I consider myself like a computer prodigy.
I am tech savvy and a good creator and I have a lot of experience with computers in general and these day I am learning
computer programming language slowly but surely. As a teenager I was pretty good at video games and still am an okayish
video game player. I like to do graphic design as well as writing and music, and my dream is to be a pioneer in the industry.
Sometimes it gets isolating and lonely to sit on the computer all the time, so I go out and hang out with my friends to balance
it out. I would love to meet my child more often, I haven't been able to, and that makes me a little bit sad right now.
WHAT DO YOU CHOOSE!? CHILD CARE OR THE TRICYCLE?
So I have produced over 300 songs with my computer and also authored 2 books and thousands of posts to Instagram and started
websites. I've also been homeless in Portugal and the Netherlands briefly after being robbed and losing all my money.
Partied and traveled to many places and countries - sometimes have been to dangerous
situations due to traveling too and in Finland as well. My educational status is Vocational Qualification in Business.
So I studied for a few years how to manage businesses and now I am doing e-commerce. Along with music which I haven't studied
in a formal setting but have been playing it for most of my life in some form or the other. Although I am not that skilled
with instruments.
TO CELEBRATE
As an artist I am looking to have an unique and useful edge in the world of art. That includes music, writing literature
and visual arts as well as other fields which might be considered art. I want to bring something new to the table as
an artist, something that will surprise people and give people something new to work with in life.
I love to celebrate and I think that life is a celebration. I believe in God, and that we exist because God made it so.
My favorite thing as I was younger was going to music festivals and talking with strangers. Both of which I want to do more
in the future. I love hanging out with positive people who like to hang out with you as well, those ones who like you.
One change I'd like to create in the world as well is to end forced medication in psychiatric setting.
