Album Review / Conjure One – Holoscenic

Conjure One – Holoscenic

Finally it’s time to get started with this project of doing album reviews.

This is one of the main reasons why I want to be a writer. I know a lot of great music and getting to share it with you guys feels incredible.

This is also one of those topics that isn’t just one article but rather I have thousands of albums to write reviews about so that is just cool.

Conjure One is a great musician and I love to listen to him a lot.

This album features some cool collabs too and I am really happy about that.

I am not so sure what genre this type of EMD is but I guess it must be called IDM or something.

So far so good.

Tell Me The Truth

No wonder Conjure One is signed to Armada because his sound is really good.

I am really enjoying this album for sure. It’s definitely one of my favorites from Conjure One and I only recently discovered his music.

5/5

Under The Gun

Under The Gun is a great tune which I am really enjoying.

I wonder what the lyrics are all about. If you know, let me know in the comments.

The guitar and vocal has me feeling euphoric for sure.

The synths in All That You Leave Behind are probably from heaven. I wish I could sound similar one day in my original productions.

You can tell that Conjure One is a really experienced musician from his style. His sound is professional, well mixed and in a great balance.

One could say his sound is impeccable and really musical.

Good use of vocals and all kinds of synths and instruments.

What else could you need, if not Conjure One.

In The Realm of Magic

He truly is a wizard if you keep on listening. This album is nothing short of a masterpiece.

The world would be a better place if everyone had heard of this album, so be sure to tell your friends about it, and why not about AapoSol.com too – the growth of this project is dependent on word of mouth referrals, my dear friends.

Some Great Music

This is one of my favorite albums for sure.

It even inspired me to create this artwork right here.

I like to draw when I listen to music, or rather create graphic design. I am using my mouse to do it so I guess one should call it graphic design rather than drawing since no pen is used.

Anyhow. This is why I enjoy writing these album reviews a lot, since I’ve got a lot of great music to share so this album is only the first one of many.

To be honest I could easily write 100 articles about different albums. Ever since the COVID pandemic, I’ve been listening to a lot of great music and discovered some names that you might have not heard of.

So stay tuned for more of these album reviews coming up and I hope you will enjoy reading them as much as I like writing these.

This Album Is Great

I wonder when is the next time we will hear of Conjure One. I hope that he will be releasing new music soon.

Makes me wonder what does Holoscenic mean – I should Google it or ask AI…

A work that captures a full scene or experience. That’s interesting.

So what kind of situations is this the perfect choice for?

I’d say a cozy surrounding area, maybe a blanket and some good tea with this. This album is truly worth a listen on some good headphones or speaker setup, which ever one you prefer.

This album has the power to make your evening a beautiful one if it’s listened to.

A Magnificent Listen

This album was actually released back in 2015 but I only heard it around 6 months ago or so, although I am generally familiar with Armada releases, but not all of them.

In 2015 I wasn’t producing my original music back then yet and this album kind of makes me think of those times.

Like said I am not sure which genre this represents. Probably would call it IDM, you can usually tell the genre by the drums and how they’re played in the music.

The album is soon coming to an end and I am missing it already.

Definitely going for a second listen some time soon.

A Second Listen

The Garden is a really beautiful and well made track. The piano in it is especially ecstatic.

Makes me want to learn to play some of these piano parts.

This music is definitely of divine origin. Otherwise, there is no explanation for how good it is.

Brave For Me is a beautiful, beautiful song.

The Guitar Tho

Well played. It’s melancholic to put such a great tune at the end of the album, because it means this listen is soon coming to an end.

This album is relaxing and really euphoric to listen to.

It’s a superb display of musical skill and songwriting prowess.

As a fellow artist, I am a little bit envious and inspired that maybe I can create something similar one day.

As I am writing this it’s time for the last song and I do have some final words about it.

What a great, great album and super cool choice for the first of the album review series.

Right now my goal is to create 100 of these album reviews as quickly as possible. If each album is one hour long, that would be 100 hours – that would be 4.1666 days.

So it should take me around 4.2 days to finish 100 articles. That would be cool and I should probably earn a Guinness World Record in blogging for that.

Fastest 100 articles written.

That Would Be Cool TBH

That would be incredible and this is why it’s cool to have goals in creativity that are a little bit over the top, like 100 articles for example. Imagine the feeling after finishing 100 articles, that would be a winning feeling.

So wish me luck in this journey.

I hope you’ve enjoyed this post and are now a devoted fan of Conjure One. If so, I have succeeded in my mission as a music blogger.

So thank you for tuning in this time around and I hope you are enjoying or enjoyed the album.

If you want to, feel free to use those artworks I’ve listed here in your own projects if you feel so. They’re my gift for everyone who is reading and you can download them by right clicking on them!!

See you soon…

Best,

Don Aapo
