So there are usually a bunch of obstacles in the way of becoming great sales professionals, entrepreneurs or otherwise.
Let’s tackle some of those points first.
Fear of Failure
We might be afraid to fail, that we spend all that time and effort just to get absolutely nothing out of it. That is an obstacle on the path to magnificent sales success.
Fear of Rejection
Fear of rejection is another one that can hold us back. If we’re stopped by the thought of the prospect disagreeing with our sales efforts, that might completely paralyze us. I know this one is a bad one for me and I struggle with it all the time.
Feeling Demotivated
If we are not motivated, one key for moving past it is thinking bigger – if we’re on our way to earning a million dollars or getting something very cool and nice with out money, those things can really motivate us.
Set a challenging but realistic goal for yourself to get over feeling demotivated. Try to triple or quadruple your sales instead of thinking you’ll never get anywhere.
