I wanted to start pitching my thing and this is what I came up. What to say, when approaching your 100 sales goal. This time we're targeting the concrete element industry, positioning ourselves as the authority in the niche. This is 'Tricks of Concrete'. So I will explain. Just say this, if you're trying to sell to the people in the concrete element industry.

SALES PITCH

Hey — quick question. Are you currently creating content consistently to attract clients, or is that something you’ve been meaning to do but haven’t had time for? I work with founders and professionals who know they should be building their personal brand — especially on LinkedIn or X — but don’t have the time or system. SOME JOKES TO LIGHTEN THE MOOD

Betoniproducts are my special area. I have deep knowledge of the niche. I started a ghostwriting service for concrete companies… Business is solid, but the clients keep asking for more rebar-vision.” And one more: Concrete guys don’t argue — they just let things set in stone. 😄

This is my secret weapon of how to make real money. Use this sales pitch for massive success. Always be prepared for them to say no initially, and be ready to counter-tackle their resistance. Tell them it would be sad if they didn't want to buy, and that it would really be the less optimal move to make. Experiment with being a little bit salesy and actually arguing their resistance a little bit. Remember, the ROI is high in hiring you. They would be missing out, if you agreed to not make anything happen.

In sales you can make good money and I do think it's a very important skill. When I was a teenager, I used to sell magazines and as an adult I sold electricity and services from businesses and companies. These days I am selling for myself, being my own boss in sales, selling my own assets which I generate with my computer. So I sell digital property, or digital assets. And yeah, it's pretty cool I've managed to find myself positioned like this. I do believe that industries do pop up from thin air sometimes. For me, I believe I've managed to find my niche pretty well, and I see others succeeding very much in their "stupid niche". One example of this, trance music creator Arty sold his productions with 4 millon. He sold nothing else but digital assets. That's exactly my point - digital assets hold a lot of value in them. The digital products economy is not small — it ranges from hundreds of billions to trillions of dollars annually depending on which segments are included. We are talking music, e-books, courses. Music, SaaS, games, digital art, and other digital goods are major contributors to this overall scale. The industry which is based on digital assets is huge. That's why now is the proper time to buy some. Luckily I've been a creator of digital assets since I was like 10 years old.

THE TRUTH ABOUT DIGITAL ASSETS

The digital music market (streaming, downloads) in Finland is forecast to generate roughly ~US$180 million (~€160 million) around 2025. Finland’s digital marketplace (digital goods + services exchanged online) had an estimated value of about USD 3.49 billion (~€3.2–3.3 billion) in 2023, projected to grow to ~USD 4.7 billion (~€4.3 billion) by 2030. The combined revenue of the 100 largest SaaS providers in Finland is reported at roughly €1.6 billion — a good indicator of the scale of SaaS locally.

So that's the industry I am working in. Valuable digital stuff, created with computers. Really happy to be a part of it. Maybe one day I will be considered a pioneer, who knows. So in 2025, the digital assets market revenue translates to about ~$71 per person (USD) per year in Finland.

These numbers actually blow my mind. There's a lot of opportunity in this digital asset niche that I've been actually working in for a long time. The industry is a billion dollar industry, even in a small country such as Finland and it is a growing sector. Just makes me so God damn happy. Hearing those numbers just blow my mind. Creating digital assets is my main hobby and I've spent my life in doing it, and these numbers just blow my mind. Thankful.
