I believe that God is the ultimate optimist and in optimism there is a profound truth.
For me it works like this. I tend to get sometimes hung up on failures and forget everything about the good stuff.
But I believe now firmly that everything will be good. That there are things coming that are greater than anything that has happened in life yet.
I have faith in God in this way. I believe that life is deeply intelligent and that God is real.
I believe that there are good things coming. I believe that our lives are a positive story and not a negative one.
Stay As The Buddha
I believe we’re born with siddhis and spiritual superpowers. I believe that.
I believe in the beauty of the universe and that good things will come if we’re patient. I believe in Love, Truth and the miracle of Consciousness and all good things.
I believe that our lives are a blessing and everything that happens to us is ultimately a deep blessing.
Towards Spiritual Liberation
My work these days is all about spiritual liberation and unleashing consciousness in new ways to make our lives better.
As an entrepreneur my service is aiming towards this.
I want to make an impact to the lives of those who are my readers.
So that’s why I focus right now on the psychology of happiness and I think religions are one lens to look at our lives, as traditions of mysticism and truth-seeking.
I believe that science has a time and a place too and I try to look at the idea of happiness and a well-lived life full of pleasure and happiness through different perspectives when I look at it or write about it.
So I want to really touch on subjects such as wellbeing, excitement and joy in general.
For example Yoga is deeply connected to religion at least in India, if I am correct.
The Science of Being Well
This is what this project is all about. If you would describe my work with just a few words, I’d like to think of it as The Science of Being Well.
Because to me, being good, well and happy, joyful is the most important thing in the universe.
If not for joy, why even exist in the first place? Why exist if it sucks and isn’t fun?
So that’s why we do Yoga. That’s why we meditate, that’s why we contemplate and do spiritual work.
What Does Mahasamadhi Mean?
Mahasamadhi is the state a yogi enters when they consciously make the decision to leave their body. This is only possible once they have already achieved God realization, or nirvikalpa samadhi, in which the yogi recognizes and experiences their true oneness and unity with God. To enter nirvikalpa samadhi is also to experience non-duality, where the perception of a duality of subject and object no longer exists. A yogi who has attained this is said to already dwell in a permanently enlightened state, which gives them the potential to enter mahasamadhi.
Mahasamadhi is a different experience to the death that happens for unenlightened beings. To enter mahasamadhi is an event that occurs only once. In making the decision to release their mortal body, the yogi also extinguishes their karma, thus ceasing the cycle of death and rebirth.
Mahasamadhi
Eastern Mystical Traditions Are Advanced
I really like the teaching about the cycle of death and rebirth the most and I just think we got it so wrong here in West by literally believing the materialist myth about the nature of ourselves as finite beings rather than infinite consciousness.
To exist is to be infinite consciousness, where would your limit be? Atoms don’t limit the universe and consciousness is prior to existence because consciousness is the one experiencing reality.
It takes a seriously open mind to stay open to things like rebirth and the infinite nature of existence.
But I don’t really vibe with the belief that you only live once. Call me crazy, maybe I’ve been tripping too much.
The Ultimate Optimism
If you’re familiar with the story of Buddha, apparently he finally reached nirvana and realized that all suffering is an illusion and we’re mostly gripped by Maya and that Nirvana is the end of all suffering.
That has some deep wisdom to it. That’s why I believe that you only live once is not true. I believe that death is simply another stage of the dream called reality, and that isn’t when consciousness ceases.
Deepak Chopra even wrote a book about this subject called Afterlife and I think if you want to know more, I suggest psychedelics for this.
When I took magic mushrooms I literally saw something I’d never seen before and that thing was pure magic. I really don’t know if there exists a word for it but it was something like Mahasamadhi where I left my body or something.
