The sale is in the speech, and the buying is in the silence. Allow for silence in the conversation, to allow the customer to digest what you’re saying.
This creates a good mental space for the customer to make the decision.

Everyone wants to buy from a honest salesperson. Focus on the needs on the customer and how you can help satisfy those needs with your product.

You use creativity all the time. Sales is a highly creative act, as you’re giving your presentation, you are behaving creatively.
Your beliefs become reality, so see yourself as a creative, capable of the most creative tasks and problem solving.
The more intense your desire is to achieve a goal, the more creative you are. Making lots of sales is a test of our capacities, it can be challenging, but doable – leading us to the state of flow.
You have to use your brain power to generate sales when no sales exist.

Be sure to write down the answers to these questions, to always keep them in mind.
Study The Competition
How can you position yourself properly against your competition and take the lead in the market? That can increase your sales by hundreds of percents.
Who is your main competitor, and how do you position yourself against them?
Why Do People Buy?
People buy because they think they get the best bang for their buck from you. So stay aware of what makes your product the best one available. Demonstrate that to the customer.
What makes your product unique? That is also a competitive edge you have, if the thing can only be bought from you, and nobody else.
